Dinner after the show floor closes
The walk is the easy part: from the Javits Center, head north on 11th Avenue to 48th Street, turn left, and look for the HK Hall building at 605 W 48th St, between 11th and 12th Avenue. Cantina Rooftop is on its rooftop. It takes about 15 minutes, and you trade the convention hall for rainbow umbrellas, a live DJ and the Midtown skyline through the glass.
Show days and our days don't always line up, so here are the hours: Tuesday to Thursday 5pm to 11pm, Friday 5pm to 3am, Saturday 12pm to 3am and Sunday 12pm to 9:30pm. Closed Mondays. If your show runs on a Monday, plan your Cantina dinner for another night of the trip.
