A rum you may not know
Tanduay is a Philippine rum dating to 1854, and trade reports have called it the world's top-selling rum in recent years. Coco López is the canned cream of coconut from Puerto Rico that made the piña colada practical in the first place.
A whole pineapple is heavy and sits tall, so this isn't a drink to walk around with. It's also a lot of sweet drink in one sitting. Share it, or plan on it being your only one for a while.
It's a piña colada with Tanduay gold rum, Coco López and pineapple purée, and the menu says it's served in a pineapple.
