Bringing your parents? Come early and warn them about the DJ
The skyline will impress them. The music may not. The safer move is weekend brunch in daylight or a 5pm table, plus a cab to the door, because we're about 12 minutes on foot from the nearest subway.
Two tables that work
Saturday or Sunday brunch runs from 12pm to 4pm, with daylight, the skyline and a live DJ. One thing to check first: bottomless is $25 a person and everyone at the table has to be in. If your parents won't be drinking, ask us when you book.
Sunday at 5pm is the other one. It's a dinner table on the early side, and we close at 9:30pm, which suits anyone with a train in the morning.

What they'll ask you in the cab
| They'll ask | You can say |
|---|---|
| What kind of place is this? | A Mexican restaurant and rooftop bar, open since 2015. The founder, Pedro Zamora, is a Latin music producer from Nuevo León. That's why there's a DJ. |
| Is it going to be loud? | Yes. Earlier is calmer. |
| Is the food spicy? | You pick your own heat. Here's what's hot and what isn't. |
| Do I have to dress up? | No. Casual is fine. |
| What about the stairs? | If stairs or a long walk are a problem for anyone, call us first at (212) 957-1700 and we'll talk you through getting in. |
