A name with two stories
San Luis Potosí tells the usual origin story, about a club member named Michel Ésper, whose beer with lime and salt became known as Michel's lemonade. The other explanation is wordplay: mi chela helada, my cold beer.
All that salt and lime makes it want food next to it. Fried things and anything off the grill are the natural match. Treat it as a long drink and take your time.
The menu gives three additions: lime, salt and Mexican spicy salsa. It doesn't say which beer, so ask.
