A mojito where the mint gets the last word

Some menus call this a nojito: lime, sugar, soda and pressed mint, with no rum. With nothing else to compete, the mint gets loud.

Easy to have two

It comes from the same Cuban drink. The fruit versions run sweeter and less bracing, so go classic if you want something to cut through rich food.

There's nothing heavy in it, which means it sits next to tacos better than a creamy drink does. Since there's no rum, a second one costs you nothing but the price.

On our menu

Classic, or with mango, passion fruit or strawberry. The fruit versions cost a little more.
